Job Summary
We are seeking a US Engineering/Aerospace Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring engineering professionals for the US market and a strong understanding of US recruitment processes, including W2 and C2C hiring .
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3 months - 1 years of experience in US Engineer Recruitment.
- Experience working on W2 and C2C hiring .
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Boolean Search.
- Robust understanding of Aerospace and engineering roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in working with positions like Mechanical engineer, Electrical engineer, Powertrain Engineer, Manufacturing, Automotive, Embedded for US clients.
Hands with ATS like Ceipal, JobDiva etc.
Hands on work experience with W2 contract roles.
