We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented India Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator to support our India recruiting operations. This role will partner closely with recruiters and the Head of Global Talent Acquisition to drive operational excellence, ensure process rigor, and maintain robust communication across the hiring lifecycle. Partner with compensation, HR, and recruiting stakeholders to resolve issues and remove bottlenecks.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

4-6 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support.

Experience managing offer processes and approvals in a structured environment.
