We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager for a full-time,



on-site role based in Pune. The role involves building and nurturing robust relationships with clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities include problem-solving client issues, coordinating with various teams to meet client needs, and assisting in client onboarding and training. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving retention, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.
Minimum 1 year experience in field sales / account management
Manage and retain existing society accounts
Conduct 5–6 daily field meetings
Maintain CRM updates and daily reports
Willing to travel within the assigned territory
