The National Council for School Safety (NCSS) is India's first national platform dedicated to school safeguarding and compliance. We are building a movement to make safety a protocol, not a privilege, by equipping schools with policies, training, and certification frameworks that ensure every child studies in a safe environment.
Through audits, manuals, accreditation, and training, NCSS is working with schools, educators, and regulators to set the gold standard in child safety across the country.

As a Schools Engagement Officer, you will be the face of NCSS for schools. This role goes beyond sales — it is about building trusted relationships, engaging institutions, and driving adoption of NCSS programs.
Every successful engagement directly contributes to creating safer schools and protecting thousands of children.

Institutional Outreach & Pipeline Building
Develop a strong pipeline through calls, meetings, networking, and education events
School Engagement & Adoption
Drive adoption and ensure timely renewals.
Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with school leaders.
Act as a strategic partner by advising schools on compliance gaps and solutions.




Secure referrals and advocacy from existing partner schools.
Represent NCSS at conferences, education forums, and school leadership meets.
Actively enhance NCSS's reputation as the authority on school safety.
Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach, meetings, and sign-ups.
Institutional Relationship Management – Builds credibility and trust with school leadership.
Engagement & Outreach Orientation – Persistent in outreach, proactive in follow-ups, and target-focused.

Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in institutional outreach, client relations, or partnerships (education/social impact preferred).
- Strong networking skills and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Fluency in English & Hindi; additional regional languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
