We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Client Acquisition Associate with 2+ years of relevant experience. You will play a key role in building trust, guiding potential clients toward the right services, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email to introduce counselling services and generate interest
Drive client acquisition by encouraging registrations, consultations, and service sign-ups
Maintain accurate lead and client data in the CRM system
Track follow-ups and ensure timely communication throughout the acquisition journey




Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead management and client experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
A master's degree in psychology with relevant experience is an added advantage
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
~ One Sunday per month will be a working day, with a compensatory day off provided the following day

Compensation Rang e
20,000 – 35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
