Title: Digital Marketing Manager Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute brand and marketing initiatives for our real estate portfolio. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Assist and implement marketing campaigns for real estate projects (ATL/BTL/Online).
Assist in developing effective promotional strategies to drive leads, brand visibility, and sales.
Coordinate with creative, digital, print, and PR agencies for marketing deliverables.
Handle vendor onboarding, negotiations, timelines and quality control.
Ensure seamless execution of marketing collaterals and deliverables.
Assist in managing event budgets, branding, logistics, and post-event reports.
Digital Marketing
Knowledge of Google ads, CPC campaigns and social media ads
Planning and executing Google ad campaigns
Connecting account to analytics
Tracking lead calls, tracking conversions, Searching for effective keywords, Bidding on keywords
Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.




Knowledge of SEO understanding.
Dealing with website team for SEO optimization
Collaborate with internal teams for brochures, project presentations, videos & digital creatives.
Maintain brand consistency across offline and online platforms.
Strong project management and multitasking skills.
Hands-on experience working with creative & digital agencies.
Knowledge of real estate marketing trends, branding and buyer segments.
Robust knowledge of 360-degree Digital Marketing activity

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business Administration, or related field.

Work Location – Turbhe, work from office, six days a week
