Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions across various technologies.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Robust knowledge of IT technologies, technical roles, and recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
