We are looking for an HR Consultant to work with organisations in the development and social-impact sector on building stronger, more structured, and people-focused HR systems.
The role will involve working closely with leadership and teams across HR strategy, policies, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and organisational processes .

Talent & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end hiring across research,



programme, operations, and leadership roles.
Build talent pipelines across the development and social-impact ecosystem.
HR Systems & Policies
Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, templates, and documentation.
Support probation, performance reviews, promotions, exits, and employee records.
Strengthen HR trackers, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Ensure consistency in implementation of people policies.
Employee Experience
Work with managers on performance and team-related issues.
Support training, feedback, and capability-building initiatives.

3–10+ years of HR experience, preferably in development, research, NGO, consulting, or social-impact organisations .

- Solid recruitment and HR operations experience.
- Experience drafting and implementing HR policies.
- Experience working with consultants, field teams, or project-based organisations is a plus.
