Role: SAP HCM EU Payroll

Responsible for the development of the technical and functional vision that defines the project solution and able to translate this vision in directives, standards and procedures that guarantee a gradual implementation of the solution. He/she is responsible to ensure the technical and functional success of the implementation and/or project of improvement especially in complex projects and of great scale. They participate in the tasks of taking of requirements, analysis, design, implementation, application and configuration, test, training and support after the 'go live'.

Supervise the definition of the necessary data structures, on the basis of the data model, as well as diagrams of flow of applications, ensuring that they respond to the requirements of the customer

Integrated testing of complex applications

Provides the necessary technical support to the other members of the development team

Applies methodological approaches to problem solving and project management

Offers solutions that help the optimization and performance, improving the quality of the services

They manage the pool of work optimizing the service provided

They provide suggestions that increase productivity and the quality of the service at a technical level Anticipates to problems at the project / support level and searches proactively alternative solutions
