This role is strictly involved in business analysis, requirements documentation, and healthcare reference data support activities and does not involve direct access to Protected Health Information (PHI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or any secured or confidential client data. The work is limited to analysis of healthcare claims, reference code sets, and system configurations using governed datasets and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health or personal information.

As a Technical Writer at Gainwell, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation, including manuals, system guides, online help systems, and developer guides. You will have a robust understanding of technical subjects, excellent writing skills, and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. This role is strictly involved in documenting the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. Create, edit, and manage guides, technical manuals, release notes,



online help, and other documentation for healthcare products.

Leverage MadCap Flare to create and manage documentation projects.

Quality Assurance:

Review and edit documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.

Conduct usability testing to ensure documentation meets the needs.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and healthcare.

Technical Writer Experience Required

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in management, computer science, information systems, or related field preferred An ability to work independently across multiple projects, and to meet deadlines. Entrepreneurial in your approach and able to work with minimal supervision. Must have a sound understanding of the software development and software test lifecycle. Must have a sound understanding of the Agile methodology. Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
