We are now looking for an Instructional Designer who can translate this philosophy into impactful learning journeys.

The Instructional Designer will own the end-to-end design of leadership development and coaching journeys, bringing together frameworks, tools, and experiences into cohesive programs that transform individuals and teams.
This role demands conceptual sharpness, strong instructional design capability, and the ability to contextualize content for senior leadership audiences . Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design approaches, and align on learning journeys.




Design end-to-end leadership journeys for CXOs, CHROs, and senior leadership teams.
Translate client needs and diagnostics into customized learning pathways (modules, sessions, coaching touchpoints, assessments).
Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and refine design based on feedback and outcomes.
5–10 years' experience in instructional design, learning design, or leadership development.

- Mandatory experience in using Canva to create and visualize engaging learning journeys and supporting materials.
- Proven ability to design for senior leader audiences (CXOs, top teams, HR leaders).
- Shape leadership development journeys that go beyond training — into deep coaching-led transformation.

Collaborate with top coaches and leadership experts to design programs for forward-looking organizations.
