We are Looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development Executive to develop and grow our business in Engineering Grade Plastics and Polymer Trading.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing B2B customers, managing existing clients and achieving sales targets.
Business Development

Identify and develop new B2B customers in the engineering plastics and polymer industry.
Generate new leads through market research, references, networking and direct customer visits.
Explore new markets, industries and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain a strong customer network.
~ Sales Revenue Generation

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Promote and sell engineering grade plastics, polymer raw materials and related products.




Prepare and follow up on quotations, offers and commercial proposals.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms and other commercial conditions.
~ Customer Relationship Management

Visit customers as required to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
Order Sales Coordination

Coordinate with the accounts team regarding outstanding payments.
~ Market Competitor Analysis

Monitor market prices and demand for engineering grade plastics and polymers.
Sales Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Track sales performance against targets.
24 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
Experience in Engineering Grade Plastics / Polymer Trading / Plastic Raw Materials preferred.
Good understanding of polymer/plastic products and applications.
Robust customer relationship and business development skills.
Ability to generate new leads and convert them into business.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development, if required.
