Recruitment Manager (Campus recruitment specialist )
Experience: 7-8 years
Role Overview We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead a team of 45 recruiters, including Senior Recruiters, while independently handling recruitment for senior and critical positions. The candidate should also have a positive understanding of campus recruitment processes.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, salary negotiation, offer release and joining follow-ups.
Lead, guide and review the performance of 45 recruiters, including Senior Recruiters.
Allocate hiring requirements, set recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment consultants and other channels.
Build relationships with college placement cells and coordinate campus recruitment drives, assessments and interviews.
Track recruitment progress, offer acceptance, joining status and dropouts, and share regular reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
