Recruiter – HR & Business Operations Edge

We are seeking a tech-savvy recruiter with 2+ years of experience in Recruitment , operations, or automation. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, talent mapping, and stakeholder management—while also contributing to business operations, consulting, HR automation, and organizational development. Multitasking, cross-functional skills, and HR technology expertise will ensure success in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and digital HR transformation.
Lead full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Leverage AI tools, ATS platforms,



and automation workflows to optimize hiring.
Build employer branding and digital outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Support related projects where recruitment overlaps with business or operational priorities .
2+ years of professional experience in recruitment (HR focus).

- Additional exposure to operations, business management, or automation domains is a strong plus.
- Solid academic or professional credentials (MBA/HR/Business/Tech certifications preferred).
- Proficiency with digital hiring tools, AI-driven recruitment platforms, and data-driven decision-making .
