Job Title: Business development Manager

convenient, and cost-effective transportation solutions. We provide electric two-wheelers on rent to in dividuals and businesses, offering 24/7 services such as battery delivery, battery swapping, and breakdown assistance.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Key Accounts Manager to oversee business operations, vendor management, and ensure smooth coordination with our B2B partners. The role requires strong operational expertise, data management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment for seamless execution.

Business Operations & Vendor Management
Maintain strong relationships with B2B partners through regular follow-ups on ongoing operations.
Monitor deployments and ensure vehicle quality standards are consistently met.

Conduct structured monthly audits of all B2B vendors.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational SOPs across all accounts.

Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records for deployments, returns, and recoveries.
Generate actionable insights from data to support decision-making.
Support ground-level operations in collaboration with 3PL partners.
Collaborate with ground teams,



service teams, and vendors to ensure compliance with SOPs.
Act as the bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.

Ad-Hoc Operational Support
Documentation and compliance requirements
Field visits for operational checks
Data insights and analysis
Immediate operational requirements as needed

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Operations, or Vendor Management.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience in IoT-enabled fleet/vehicle management is an added advantage.
