As Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our revenue strategy. Your core focus will include MICE, travel agents, corporate bookings, weddings , and responding to evolving market demands . We're seeking someone with deep industry knowledge, solid networks, and a proactive approach to business development.

Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities across MICE, weddings, corporate, and travel segments.
Build strong relationships with travel agents, DMCs, event planners,



and corporate clients.
Create and execute sales strategies aligned with current market trends and demands.
Represent the resort at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Proven experience (8+ years) in sales within the hospitality industry .
A strong network in MICE, weddings, travel trade, and corporate segments .
