Ridhira Group is seeking a creative and performance-driven Marketing Manager – Retreats with a solid background in hospitality marketing and digital platforms . The role will focus on driving brand visibility, lead generation, and bookings for retreats and experiential events through digital marketing, social media, and strategic partnerships .

Digital Marketing & Performance
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
Drive lead generation and conversions for retreats, events, and wellness programs
Manage SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and website performance
Track campaign performance, ROI, and optimize based on insights
Social Media & Brand Building
Lead social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Create engaging content around retreats, experiences, wellness, and luxury lifestyle
Collaborate with designers, agencies, and influencers for content creation
Build a strong digital brand presence and community engagement
Manage relationships with marketing agencies,



event organizers, influencers, and vendors
Collaborate with corporate event planners and partners to drive retreat bookings
Ensure timely execution and quality delivery from all external partners
Conceptualize and execute retreat campaigns, seasonal promotions, and experiential marketing initiatives
Drive partnerships with corporates, wellness brands, and travel platforms
Support on-ground events, exhibitions, and brand activations
Work closely with sales, operations, and hospitality teams to align marketing efforts
Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and analytics
Proven experience in social media strategy & content marketing
Creative thinking with a data-driven approach
Excellent communication and project management skills
Experience in hospitality, luxury resorts, or retreat marketing
Strong understanding of experiential marketing and customer journeys
Hands-on experience with digital tools, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
Exposure to event marketing, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus
