Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor project-wise expenses and client billing to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
Manage payment collection from various client/vendor locations across Delhi NCR as and when required.
Ensure accurate salary processing, including preparation, verification of attendance and leave data provided by the HR team, checking,



and coordinating timely salary disbursements.
Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Assist in financial audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions and records in line with company policies.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably within a marketing/advertising/media agency environment.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (knowledge of Zoho Books/QuickBooks would be a plus).
