We are Hiring - Production Manager - Electronics Manufacturing (Kochi)
As a Production Manager, you'll take ownership of our electronics hardware production, PCB assembly, testing, and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who knows how production really works and enjoys leading people.

Industry standards (based on experience)

Plan and manage daily production activities for electronics hardware & PCB assembly
Lead, guide, and motivate the production team
Coordinate with Stores, QA, Engineering, and Vendors for smooth operations
Ensure on-time production with high quality and minimal rework
Resolve production and quality issues quickly and practically
Support automation and better manufacturing practices
Ensure safety and compliance in the production area
Report production performance to management

Minimum 3+ years of experience in electronics or electrical manufacturing
Started career at Production Technician / Assembly / Line-level role
Currently or previously handled a team (Technician Lead / Supervisor / Assistant Manager)
Experience in: PCB Assembly, Electronics testing & quality checks,



BOM handling & component coordination

B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

Experience in IoT hardware, EMS, or electronics product manufacturing
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing / Process Improvement / Kaizen
