Job Role: Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Role summary
The Technical Program Manager manages delivery across 5 product domains, supporting a team of 8 SDEs. This person coordinates workstreams, drives delivery to schedule, and acts as the single point of coordination between the delivery pod and the client program owner.

Core responsibilities
Manage delivery across 5 product domains, keeping the 8 SDEs aligned to shared priorities.
Own the program roadmap: track milestones, dependencies, and risks across concurrent workstreams.
Run the operating cadence: planning, standups, status reporting, and delivery reviews.
Serve as the coordination point between the delivery pod and the client program owner; surface and resolve blockers.
Produce explicit,



data-backed status updates and escalate risks with recommended mitigations.
Define and track program-level delivery metrics; report on throughput and delivery health.

Required qualifications

- 5+ years of technical program experience across multi-workstream delivery.
- Proven ability to coordinate a distributed team of technical contributors against shared objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management and written communication.
- Fluency with program management tooling for roadmaps, dependency tracking, and reporting.
- Experience working across time zones with a client team in a different region.

Preferred qualifications
Experience supporting product or automation initiatives.
Agile/Scrum or equivalent certification
