As a Marketing Associate, you will support a growing marketing team across content creation, campaign execution, creative production, and day-to-day marketing operations. You will collaborate with creative leaders, content strategists, designers, and marketing professionals to bring ideas to life and deliver engaging marketing materials. From social media content and presentations to product launches and campaign assets, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing. You will also help coordinate projects, maintain digital assets, organize documentation, and ensure that marketing activities run smoothly and efficiently. Assist with creating, editing, and formatting marketing materials using Canva and other relevant tools, including social media graphics, presentations, one-pagers, and landing page assets.

Support the Creative Director, Content Strategist, designers, and marketing leads with ongoing marketing initiatives and daily operational tasks.

Schedule, publish, and coordinate content across social media platforms to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal marketing activities, ensuring that tasks and deliverables remain on schedule.

Organize and maintain the department's digital asset library, ensuring files are properly named, categorized, stored, and easy to retrieve.

Update project tracking tools, monitor progress, maintain task records, and follow up with team members to support timely project completion.

Conduct research on marketing campaigns, products, competitors, industry trends,



and target audiences to support informed marketing decisions.

Proofread, review, and format marketing materials before publication to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

Help develop, organize, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), reusable templates, training materials, and internal marketing documentation.

Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives when needed, helping communicate the organization's culture and employment opportunities.

Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research, content creation, documentation, brainstorming, and administrative workflows while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Contribute ideas for improving marketing processes, organizing workflows, and using technology to increase team efficiency.

Between 0 and 2 years of experience in marketing, internships, freelance assignments, personal projects, or related activities. No formal degree is required. Relevant experience, certifications, personal projects, practical skills, and a strong portfolio are equally valued.

Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools, with the ability to create and format basic marketing materials.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and a willingness to learn additional marketing, collaboration, and project management tools.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks, manage deadlines, and keep project information accurate and up to date.

Excellent attention to detail when reviewing content, organizing files, maintaining documentation, and preparing marketing materials for publication.

Curiosity about marketing, branding, content creation, social media, and campaign execution, together with a genuine interest in developing a broad range of marketing skills.





Willingness to learn and experiment with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar productivity solutions to improve efficiency and work quality.

Ability to provide 2–3 examples of previous work, such as social media posts, presentations, personal projects, university assignments, marketing campaigns, or other creative content. Professional experience is not required; Remote work: The opportunity to work remotely from India.
