Role Overview
The Photographer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that showcases real estate projects, interiors, amenities, construction progress, and lifestyle elements. The role plays a critical part in branding, sales marketing, digital campaigns, and investor communication, especially for luxury and premium real estate assets .

Key Responsibilities
1. Real Estate & Architectural Photography
Capture high-quality photographs of residential projects, show flats, interiors, amenities, landscapes, and exteriors.
Photograph completed properties as well as construction progress for marketing, reporting, and documentation.
Ensure accurate representation of spaces, scale, lighting, and materials.

2. Luxury & Lifestyle Content Creation
Produce lifestyle imagery aligned with luxury brand positioning.
Capture ambience, design details, and experiential elements for premium marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with styling teams, interior designers, and marketing teams during shoots.

3. Marketing & Digital Asset Support
Create visual content for brochures, websites, social media, hoardings, and digital ads.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all imagery.
Support video shoots, reels, and basic walkthrough capture when required.

4. Post-Production & Asset Management




Edit and retouch images to professional standards while maintaining realism.
Manage image libraries, backups, and organized storage of digital assets.
Ensure timely delivery of final images as per marketing timelines.

5. Site & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with site teams for access, safety, and shoot scheduling.
Ensure compliance with site safety norms during shoots.
Liaise with external agencies, drone operators, and videographers as needed.

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong eye for composition, lighting, and architectural detailing.
Understanding of real estate spaces and luxury aesthetics.
Ability to plan and execute shoots independently.
Solid coordination and time-management skills.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in professional cameras and lenses.
Strong skills in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
Basic knowledge of drone photography and videography is a plus.
Familiarity with image optimization for web and print.

Education
~ Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or related field preferred.

Preferred Experience
Experience in real estate, architecture, interiors, or luxury lifestyle photography.
Exposure to high-end residential or branded projects.
Experience working with marketing and creative teams.
