Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator with strong expertise in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and enterprise virtualization platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V and will be responsible for managing and optimizing large-scale IT infrastructure environments.
Experience in manufacturing or plant IT environments will be preferred, and knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) will be considered an added advantage. The role involves designing, implementing, securing, and supporting enterprise IT systems while ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and compliance. A basic working knowledge of Linux environments is also required to support hybrid infrastructure environments.

Windows Server Management
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows Server environments across physical and virtual platforms.
Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and server roles including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print Services.
Perform patch management, system hardening, backup, and recovery operations.
Monitor server performance and ensure system stability and availability.

Administer user accounts, security groups, OU structures, and role-based access controls.
Ensure domain security, policy enforcement, and troubleshooting of AD-related issues.

Monitor and troubleshoot name resolution, IP allocation, and network integration issues.

Manage enterprise virtualization platforms including VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
Provision and manage virtual machines,



resource allocation, and capacity planning.
Monitor and troubleshoot virtual infrastructure performance and availability.

Infrastructure Operations & Availability
Monitor infrastructure performance and implement preventive maintenance and optimization.
Manage server hardware, storage systems (SAN/NAS), and clustering solutions.

Implement and maintain security hardening standards for servers and virtual environments.
Support internal and external audits, vulnerability remediation, and IT policy compliance.
Work closely with manufacturing/plant teams to support OT–IT integration and production system availability.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with vendors/OEMs for issue resolution.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and System Administration.
Solid hands-on expertise in Windows Server Administration.
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Domain Controllers.
Strong experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
Basic working knowledge of Linux operating systems (user management, services, logs, and troubleshooting).
Familiarity with SAN/NAS storage, server clustering, and enterprise backup solutions (e.g., Experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.
Exposure to manufacturing or plant IT environments will be preferred.
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate / MCSE / MCSA
