As a Project Manager, your leadership will be instrumental in driving complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently and collaboratively. By influencing organizational strategy and fostering seamless communication among diverse teams, you will create lasting value for clients and stakeholders, while your extensive experience will directly shape the success and growth of our most critical initiatives. Your proactive approach to risk management, commitment to continuous improvement, and ability to mentor others, will not only elevate project outcomes but also strengthen our organizational capabilities for long-term achievement.

Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale, high-impact projects from initiation through delivery.

Develop, monitor, and report on project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure achievement of deliverables.

Identify and manage project risks, proactively developing mitigation strategies.

Coach and mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree.





- Five years' progressive project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Success working in an empowering team workplace and driving organizational transformation

Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.

Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
