Sales Recruitment need to Identify and attract high-performing sales professionals at various levels, from entry-level to senior positions.

Collaborate with Sales managers to understand specific sales metrics, performance indicators, and key competencies.

Customer Service Recruitment need to Source and recruit candidates for Customer Service roles, focusing on excellent communication skills, empathy,



and the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Employer Branding promote and enhance our employer brand to attract top talent in the competitive sales and customer service landscape.

Utilize social media and other platforms to showcase the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.

Should have minimum 5+ years of experience in US Recruitment.

Metrics and Reporting track and report on key recruitment metrics, offering regular updates to management.

Utilize data insights to optimize the recruitment process and identify areas for continuous improvement.
