We're Hiring: Graphic Designer | StegLabs Great design is more than making things look good. It's about making ideas stand out. At StegLabs, we're looking for a Graphic Designer who brings fresh ideas, a strong visual sense and the ability to create designs that communicate, connect and leave an impression.

From event branding and digital campaigns to social media content and brand identities , you'll work on a variety of creative projects where no two briefs are quite the same.

We're looking for someone who enjoys experimenting, pays attention to detail and knows how to turn an ordinary idea into something visually exciting.

What you'll be working on

Designing engaging social media creatives, digital assets and marketing materials

Creating visual identities and branding elements for events, conferences and campaigns

Designing event collaterals such as banners, backdrops, standees, presentations and promotional materials

Developing campaign visuals that work consistently across digital and physical platforms

Exploring creative directions, mood boards, layouts and visual concepts for new projects

Working with typography, colour, composition and imagery to create distinctive designs

Collaborating with content, marketing and production teams to bring ideas to life

Using AI-powered design tools to experiment with concepts, generate visual references and improve creative workflows

Staying updated with design trends, emerging technologies and new creative approaches

Developing reusable templates, brand guidelines and design systems that make future projects more efficient

What we're looking for





Robust proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

A good eye for typography, layout, colour, branding and visual composition

Experience designing for events, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations or marketing campaigns

Understanding of both digital and print design, including preparing artwork for production

Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva or Adobe InDesign is a plus

AI readiness: An interest in using tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT and other emerging creative technologies

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

A willingness to explore new ideas, take feedback and continuously improve your work

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a strong portfolio, creative curiosity and an eye for the details that make a design work.
