Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single and multi-service projects

Oversee data validation, cleaning activities, and quality assurance to meet customer standards

Lead project planning, execution, and close-out; monitor budgets and financial management

Conduct study kick-off meetings, internal audits, and sponsor communications

Support team development and training of recent data management staff

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences
- 9+ years direct data management experience
- Minimum 2+ years as Clinical Data Management project lead
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced knowledge of drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes
- Fluent English proficiency, spoken and written
