Mandatory - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a premier institute (e.g., As a Technical / System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions that support large-scale operations. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring smooth integration of digital platforms, data systems, and operational technologies across the organization.

Working Model: Remote

Design, implement, and maintain IT systems supporting operations, ticketing, HR, and finance.

Evaluate and integrate software tools, ERP systems, and data management platforms.

Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for system deployment and maintenance.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with IT standards and regulations.

Monitor system performance,



troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimization strategies.

Support digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in system analysis, IT project management, or enterprise software implementation.
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and database systems.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network management.
- Experience in sports, event management, or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
