The Learning Project Coordinator is responsible for assuring the quality, consistency, and timely review of the corporate training program. The role focuses on the development, translation, and continuous improvement of our Corporate Training Program, ensuring we remain aligned to our Standard Operating Procedures as well as Industry Standards and regulatory requirements. In addition, the role provides coordination of the content review and translation of learning modules to ensure they are delivered as intended and remain effective, current, and compliant.

Review and support the updates of the corporate training programme.
Coordinate translations with Subject Matter Experts and Learning Content Specialists.
Maintain the project tracker and Training Review Tracker for global visibility.
Support the Learning Content Specialists in releasing updated content.
Ensure content is translated into the required languages and is verified by Subject Matter Experts.

Project management skills or accreditation.
Experience of working within the corporate training environment
Flexible, detailed, a completer/finisher.
Experience using project management tools, such as Prism (Work Otter), Microsoft Project
