Key Responsibilities ·Configure and support Workday Benefits, Absence, Core HCM, Compensation, and Time Tracking modules.

- Gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and translate business needs into Workday solutions.
- Manage production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with business and vendor teams.
- Lead testing activities, TPM reviews, data validation, and deployment readiness.
- Support global implementations, country rollouts, and enhancement projects.
- Conduct user training, UAT support, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage EIB loads, reporting, and data validation activities.
- Provide regular project and operational updates to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Workday Advantages, Absence, Core HCM, Compensation, and Time Tracking.
- Hands-on expertise in Business Processes, Security, Supervisory Organizations, Reporting, and EIBs.
- Experience supporting global Workday implementations and AMS environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional HR, Technology, and Product teams.
