Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Delegate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving delegate sales for our events, conferences, and seminars. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for relationship building, and the ability to identify and engage potential clients to secure their participation in high-profile events.

Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively generate new leads and build a robust pipeline of potential delegates for events through outbound sales, networking, and attending industry events.
Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and calls with potential delegates to promote the value and benefits of attending events, conferences, or seminars.
Negotiate pricing and packages with prospective delegates and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Event Promotion: Assist in promoting events, both online and offline, through email campaigns, phone calls, and social media.
Sales Reporting & Tracking: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, report on performance,



and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager or Director regarding targets and progress.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor events to inform sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, event operations, and sponsorship teams to ensure seamless delegate engagement and event success.

Experience: Proven experience in Delegate sales

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
A bachelor's degree
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite.
