Role Overview We're looking for a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand Design Shifu's client base across the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. In this role, you'll identify and engage potential clients, qualify leads, and set up demo calls for our senior sales team.

You'll have the opportunity to grow into a Senior Sales or Account Executive role within 6–12 months, where you'll independently manage client relationships, run discovery and demo calls, and close current business opportunities. Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the senior sales team.
Maintain clean, accurate lead and activity data in CRM.
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach, conversations, and meetings booked.




Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and messaging.
2+ years of experience in B2B Sales Development or Business Development, preferably in SaaS, marketing services, or productized services.

- Comfortable initiating phone and video conversations with executives and agency owners.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills: clear, confident, and concise.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot (or similar CRMs), and outreach tools (apollo, snov etc).
- Ability to learn quickly, accept feedback, and iterate based on performance.
- Driven, persistent, and eager to build a sales career in a growing design SaaS company.
