We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate marketing team. In this role, you will support the sales team by generating leads, managing initial client inquiries, and preparing the groundwork for sales conversions. Possess a valid driving license.

Respond to inbound calls professionally, providing accurate information about real estate projects.

Initiate outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Maintain and update the database of prospective clients with accurate information.





Allocate leads to sales managers/executives and collect feedback to improve lead quality.

Generate MIS (Management Information System) reports and assist in other pre-sales activities as required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or pre-sales support.

In-depth knowledge of real estate projects, property features, and market trends.

Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
