We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic Content Creator to join the Learner Experience Department at Rishihood University. This role is central to how learners perceive, engage with, and communicate the RU experience. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, tech-savvy, and comfortable with video editing, photography, writing, and managing digital platforms.
You'll play a key role in building the brand of 'View email address on foundit.in' by curating moments, experiences, and stories of our vibrant student community across various formats.

Video Production & Editing
Plan, shoot,



and edit high-quality short videos, reels, vlogs, testimonials, campus stories, and event recaps.
Work on both scripted and candid content in a rapid-paced academic environment.
Ensure videos align with RU's tone, branding, and purpose.

Social Media Management
Strategically manage and grow the official @LifeAtRishihood (or equivalent) social media handle.
Photography & Visual Content
Capture photo content during learner activities, events, and daily campus life.
Edit and organize content in a shareable format for multiple platforms.
Content Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with the Learner Experience team to create monthly content calendars.
Pitch creative campaigns to increase student engagement and showcase student life.
Involve student creators and ambassadors in content production.
Co-create content like 'A Day in the Life,' student takeovers, challenges, etc.
On-Ground Event Coverage
Be present for key learner events and orientation activities to generate real-time content.
Support team with pre-event teasers and post-event highlight reels.

Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in an educational or youth-focused setup.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
Working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator .
Excellent understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn for engagement-focused content.
Strong command of English (written and verbal); Hindi proficiency is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, during key learner events.
