The Role: Project Manager
You'll be the bridge between our clients and our global talent teams, playing a key role in ensuring both delivery excellence and human connection across remote teams. If you're a natural communicator, a systems thinker, and have a knack for navigating between agile project boards and people-first leadership—this could be your career-defining role.

Client & Talent Engagement
Advocate for our remote talents to ensure they are supported, understood, and thriving in their placements.
Project & Delivery Oversight
Manage delivery operations across a range of client tech stacks, tools, and agile environments (ClickUp, Jira, etc.).
Contribute to and supervise the software development lifecycle for the RO App.
Collaborate closely with our HR and Talent Acquisition teams to review, assess, and finalise candidate onboarding across a wide spectrum of technical roles.
Make timely and strategic decisions that protect and promote the business's long-term interests.
Core Experience & Skills

- 5+ years in a client-facing role within the digital, SaaS, or professional services sector.




- Robust background in Agile methodology and digital team/project management tools (ClickUp, Jira).
- Demonstrated ability to manage software teams and digital product cycles end-to-end.
- Native-level English communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Prior experience working across distributed/remote teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and people management skills.

Strong ability to self-manage without the need for micro-supervision.
