Job Description: Area Sales Manager Company: Codex Healthcare Pvt. We are seeking a agile and results-driven Area Sales Manager to promote and sell our range of high-quality hospital ICU and OT (Operation Theatre) products, including DVT Pumps, Air Mattress, Patient Warmers, Syringe Pumps, Stirrups, Endoscopy instruments, video trolleys, OT lights, and OT tables.
The ideal candidate will have a solid sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.

Identify potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, surgeons, and procurement teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service and support.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.




Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Training and Development:
Stay updated on product features, medical industry trends, and competitor activities.
Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Proven sales experience, preferably in medical or hospital equipment.
Basic knowledge of operation theatre setups and equipment is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
