Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
1.Curriculum Management
Lead the implementation of the ICSE & Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) curriculum, including IGCSE, AS, and A Levels.
Ensure the effective integration of commerce-oriented subjects and promote practical learning experiences.
Stay updated on ICSE & Cambridge curriculum changes and train staff accordingly.
2.Teacher Training and Mentoring
Organize workshops and career development sessions focused on ICSE & Cambridge pedagogy.
Guide teachers in lesson planning, assessment design, and classroom delivery.
Foster collaboration among teaching staff to enhance academic outcomes.
3.Student Development
Promote holistic development, focusing on academics, co-curricular, and life skills.

Administrative Leadership

Qualifications and Skills
Education:

Proven leadership experience in an academic setting.
