We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across our space technology, satellite, defence, drone, GIS, remote sensing, AI/ML, software, electronics, and engineering functions .
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, campus hiring, professional networks, and other recruitment channels .




Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening based on skills, experience, education, location, compensation, and role suitability.

Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer release, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, interview feedback, candidate status, and hiring reports.
Support campus recruitment, internship hiring, PPOs, lateral hiring, and specialized technical hiring .
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring and critical technical positions.
Conduct market mapping and talent research for niche engineering and space-tech skill sets.
Coordinate background verification and pre-employment documentation as required.
Work closely with HR and management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive organizational information.
Robust understanding of technical recruitment and sourcing methodologies .
Good knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels .
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field .
MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
Experience
~2–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition , preferably in: Candidates with strong experience in technical recruitment will be preferred.
