Positions, we're hiring for:
Recruitment Specialist (1 - 3 yrs)
Senior Recruitment Specialist ( Ideally: 5 - 8 yrs)

What you'll do:
Own end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
Stakeholder management: Own client relationships and their job mandates
Innovate in candidate sourcing & vendor engagements
Achieve placement, revenue and engagement objectives
Deliver results with focus, speed & creativity

You must be:

- Proven Expert in at least 2 of these domains of hiring: (A) Technology / (B) Leadership / (C) Volume or Bulk / (D) Niche / (E) Staffing - domestic / (F) Staffing - international roles




- High Energy individual who is Passionate about recruiting & truly love the hunt
- Entrepreneurial mindset , resourceful & a problem solver
- An excellent communicator & confident with stakeholders
- Savvy: Adept with online productivity and popular ATS tools
- Willing to work in a small/ high powered team with minimal supervision

Who we prefer :
Immediate / Early joiners
Solid existing client relationships
MBA in HR / Marketing/ International business from a reputed institute (Not mandatory)
Successful Track record on International job placements (Not mandatory)
Residing in Proximity - We're at Green Park, New Delhi 110016 . (Not mandatory)
