We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting with 2+ years of experience in U.S. property management accounting . This role will focus on development accounting, financial reporting, and supporting key property management operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with draw accounting, payables, payrolls, and financial statement preparation, while maintaining accuracy and compliance with U.Financial Reporting & Development Accounting
Prepare, review,



and analyze financial statements for development projects.
Maintain general ledgers and ensure accurate monthly and year-end closing.
Handle draw accounting, including preparation and tracking of draw requests.
Accounts Payable (AP)
Process invoices, review supporting documentation, and ensure proper coding and approvals.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Monitor tenant ledgers, reconcile payments, and follow up on overdue balances.
S. cross-functional teams to address accounting queries.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience in U.Software Skills: Proficiency in Yardi and QuickBooks.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliations.
Knowledge Areas: Development accounting, draw accounting, financial statements, wire transfers, payables, and payroll processing.
