this role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive's office and enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities.

Experience in handling the billing, travel arrangements, accommodation and coordination works with different teams

- MIS reporting
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, finding solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Experience working in different time zones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Prior experience managing the schedules of C-level suite executives
