Shifts:- Rotational
Weekoff:- 2 weekoffs 5 Days working.
Candidates with 30days NP or immediate Joiners will be preferred.
What You'll Do:
Resolve employee grievances with care
Improve employee engagement & well-being
Ensure compliance with HR policies & labor laws
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years' Experience in employee relations & grievance management for international business.
Solid communication & problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HR policies
