This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Jaipur. The Sales Specialist will interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend the appropriate diamond jewellery solutions. Responsibilities include driving sales, providing excellent customer service,



and building robust client relationships. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and assisting in sales training initiatives as needed.

Proven experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales
Strong verbal communication & sales closing abilities
Basic mobile photography & Instagram content understanding
Lead in-store client handling and provide personalized jewellery consultations
Collaborate with design and inventory teams to meet client requirements
Respond to online lead queries and drive in-store footfall
Maintain in store operations related to sales
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report to top management
Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
