Reporting to CHRO, End-End employee lifecycle management including Talent Acquisition,induction and on-boarding,ensuring manpower needs are met through right candidates.
Manage entire spectrum of Manpower planning,Budgeting,PMS & Rewards Management,Compensation & Perks,Employee engagement programs.
Manpower Planning & Budgeting at corporate level.
Prepare annual training calendar to fulfill gaps/training needs and facilitate training programs.
Talent management including succession planning, retention.

Incumbent profile :

~ MBA/PGDBM. HR Professional, with 7+years of corporate HR exposure involving end-end employee life-cycle management in a manufacturing industry.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION : 12-14LPA
