This is a full time on-site role for a Business Development Representative focused on the U.The Business Development Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, performing inside sales, and developing and nurturing business relationships. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in business development or sales within the US staffing or recruitment space. You should have a strong understanding of the staffing sales cycle, contract staffing models, and lead generation techniques. Comfort with outreach tools and CRM systems is essential.
