As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll lead Enout's hiring strategy end-to-end — from workforce planning and employer branding to managing a team of recruiters and ensuring a stellar candidate experience. You'll work closely with leadership and department heads to build agile, diverse, and high-performing teams across verticals.

Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning
Track and report hiring metrics — time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.

Recruitment Operations
Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening,



interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
Ensure seamless candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of talent across levels.

Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and interns.
Optimize recruitment systems, processes, and trackers for efficiency and consistency.
Collaborate with HR, L&D;, and department heads for structured induction and onboarding.

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
Drive initiatives that strengthen Enout's employer brand across digital and offline platforms.
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in startups, hospitality, or high-growth environments).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
- A people-first mindset with a passion for building teams and cultures.
