Define, refine, and own the overall architectural vision for the ServiceNow platform in IT, including active lead in the end-to-end design decision for transformation program

- (Potentially) Assist in shaping and influencing the broader enterprise technology strategy by representing the ServiceNow platform in governance boards or steering committees
- Collaborate with transformation program to validate the migration roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria
- Mitigate technical risks by identifying potential roadblocks and developing contingency plans

15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or technical leadership roles

- Deep expertise in ServiceNow (platform administration, architecture, design) with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Demonstrable experience with various ServiceNow modules (e.g., Plus) Proven track record in driving large-scale, complex technology transformations, ideally involving ServiceNow or similar platforms
