Manage patching, upgrades, and backup operations for IAM systems.




Provide technical support and resolve application-level issues.
Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, databases, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
Experienced in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and support.
Possess basic working knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
