Position Overview: As an Executive Search Consultant (Headhunter) focused on Sales & Leadership hiring, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end search engagements, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and identifying and placing high-calibre candidates in key sales and executive leadership positions.

Manage the full life cycle of executive search assignments—from scoping and candidate sourcing to evaluation, interviewing, and placement.

Develop and execute customised search strategies using a combination of sourcing techniques, including direct outreach, market mapping, and leveraging your professional network.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.





0-2+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on Sales and/or Leadership roles.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
