STATEMENT OF PURPOSEThe Product and Pricing Manager is responsible for the independent administration, analysis, coordination, and strategic management of AVRE's manufactured product portfolio and pricing activities. This position serves as a key resource to the Director of Business Development and other organizational leaders by providing analysis, recommendations, and information necessary to support product, pricing, marketing, and business development decisions. The position provides functional leadership, coordination, guidance and project direction to internal departments and other individuals involved in marketing and business development activities. The position is responsible for coordinating work across departments and ensuring assigned product and pricing projects progress according to established objectives, timelines, and requirements. Communication with the Director of Business Development is ongoing.SUPERVISION REQUIREDThis position works under the general direction of the Director of Business Development. The position is expected to independently organize and prioritize workload, establish project timelines, evaluate information, identify issues, develop recommendations, and determine appropriate course of action within established organizational policies and objectives.The position is not closely supervised in the day-to-day performance of its responsibilities.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIREDA. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing,



product support, or a related role. Relevant experience may include developing pricing our manufactured products, cost models, and supporting product development activities.Excellent writing skills, exhibiting robust accuracy and attention to detail.Strong project management skills: able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects.Strong skills in excel, spreadsheet formulation, and management of content/ information.b) Analyze product costs, market conditions, and competitive data to identify pricing opportunities, risks, and trends.c) Complete price changes as needed in accordance with the existing processes and procedures of the respective programs. e) Collaborate with internal teams to gather market intelligence and support pricing strategy to align with business goals.

~ Assemble and submit applications for approval to introduce new products to New York State Preferred Source Program, Current York State Industries for the Disabled, and the federal program -US AbilityOne Program. c) Collaborate with the marketing manager to maintain manufactured product's packaging, keeping content accurate and up to date. Ensure product content is appropriately marketed on partner websites to include NYSID, NYSPSP, AbilityOne and other distributors. f) Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to oversee product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch support.
